Child Passenger Safety laws and policies nationwide: There is no consistency!  

 

The laws and policies for driving while impaired with a child in the vehicle vary from state to state.   This makes no sense.  The toughest law and policy should be adopted as a standard for every state and continuously well publicised.  Our opinion is driving impaired with a child should be a felony with appropriate sanctions that are in addition to all other DUI punishments handed down by Judges upon conviction and not allowed to be plead away.
