Facts

More than 95% of the nation's child car seat safety restraints are not installed properly.

Excerpt from The Knoxville News-Sentinel Friday, June 16, 2000, newspaper article:  "The Frings' twins were in child safety seats in the back of her 1997 Chrysler Sebring.  'They were secured exactly as they should have been,' Jefferson County Sheriff Davenport said.  'Fortunately for them, they were secured properly.'"  Below is a photo of Ginny's car after the accident.

The twins are now healthy active 8-year-olds.  They love the newest little angel in our lives, their baby sister who was born in September of 2003.
